while alloting share to foreign holding company.
we have to file fcgpr form along with CA CS Certificte.
I would like to ask that CA CS certificate should filed by Practising CS or Whole time Company Secretary can file it.
aloso provide me format for the same.

Dear Madam,
The Certificates are filed by the Company and not the CA or CS.
CA provides the Valuation Certificate.
CS provides certificate for compliance of the act.
