Dear Experts,
I wish to know the steps which are involved in Allotment of Equity Shares on Preferential Basis to Promoters and Non-Promoters of a Listed Public Limited Company.
I know some of them such as hold a board meeting, then hold a general meeting, get in-principal approval etc. Could you please give me the complete steps involved.
