In what time the shares shall be allotted from the date of application and in what time the share certificates have to issued after allotment
31 July 2010
For allotment there is no time limit.
But for share certificate need to be issued within 3 months from the date of allotment for unlisted companies.
But for share certificate need to be issued within 3 months from the date of allotment for unlisted companies.
