What is the time limit for keeping gst accounts and records from period 2017 to 2021?

Section 36 of CGST act deals with period of retention of records. As per this, for FY 2017-18, due date for annual return was march, 2019 so records should be maintained upto 6 years end from march, 2019 ie march, 25.
