can all directors of a private limited company to be incorporated be NRI's. then how bout the MOA, and AOA as well as DIN appl procedure for NRI, kindly suggest

DIN has to be applied for foreign national enclosing his passport and duly attested by notorary of that country.
Once Din is alloted then you have to get digital signature for one person.
Then MOA and AOA has also to be signed and witness should be notararory of that country.
Then same procedure for incorporation of company has to be followed.
