We are manufacture exporter, procuring raw material and others locally and final product exporting to other countries.

can we eligible to avail AIR Rate of duty drawback. ? since we dont have any imports.

13 September 2019 Yes, you can there is no any requirement that you can claim Duty Draw back(DDB) agaist export effected by you if you have import.However the export realisation must be received by you agaist the export inrespect of which you claim DDB.
