Dear sir
My friend received income tax Notice containing AIR-006 Purchase immovable property valued at Rs.30,00,000 or more. She had not filed return for the same period. and she had taken Housing Loan to purchase the property jointly. Her husband take benefit of Housing loan Interest, How to reply Income Tax Department In Compliance.

Reply them that her income was less than Rs. 2,50,000.. So she was not required to file the return. Also mention all the details of loan and attach documents of immovable property.
