Is it mandatory to do AICITSS course (IT&MCS) even after doing GMCS1. Will i get exemption for MCS for doing GMCS1

Dear Mr.Sasidhar,
If you have registered/converted to Revised Scheme of CA FINAL then only it is mandatory to complete AICITSS before appearing for Examination.
If you are writing Exam Old Syllabus then the same will not apply and you can do AICITSS after qualifying but before applying for membership.
NO, You will not get any exemption from MCS as AICITSS is similar to GMCS 2
