Time period up to which money received can be shown as Shares Application money in the balance sheet in case of private company.

1)In my opinion there was no provision regarding the receipt and time period and purpose for utilization of Share Application Money.
2)In other words regarding how long can the company show share application money in its Balance Sheet, company Law was silent.
