NURSERY INCOME WILL BE TREATED AS AGRICULTURE INCOME BECAUSE IN A FAMOUS CASE LAW OF "Soundarya Nursery 241 ITR 530 (mad.)" MADRAS HIGHCOURT HELD THAT THE INCOME FROM SALE OF PLANTS AND SEEDINGS GROWN IN POTS IS AN AGRICULTURAL INCOME.
