the tenant of

That the Lessee will not cause any damage to the interiors or exteriors of the above said building
intentionally or otherwise. If any damage is caused by the lessee,

charges will

borne by the lessee only.
9.
That the Lessee will not disturb the neighbors or cause any nuisance or louder

noise while he/she
is staying in the building. If such disturbances are noticed by the
Lessor
the caution money of the
lessee will not be refunded and the lessee will be asked t
o vacate the premises.
