28 September 2015 A pvt ltd company incorporated on 14 march 2015 and not yet closed their books tiil now....pls.suggest when company has required to conduct AGM and closing their books. Amit Bhardwaj

29 September 2015 If the company was incorporated on 14th March 2015, there is not need to close the Financial Year this year.

The First Financial year can be closed on 31/03/2016. Accordingly, the first AGM shall be held on or before 30/09/2016.
