25 June 2014 can AGM be held on sunday if a resolution is passed in which all the shareholders agree to the same .

25 June 2014 yes, as per new act An AGM may be called on sunday also as it is specified in the act that AGM should not be called on "National Holiday" and as per my view sunday is not a national holiday.
In your case if all the shareholders are agree with that then you can carry on AGM on sunday and it should be conducted in Business hours.
Please refer the section 96 (2) for your better understanding.
