05 February 2010 Please tell me if there is one age limit for a Director of a Private Limited Company : for a executive, for a non executive, or for a independant director ?

05 February 2010 There is no age limit for appointed as a Director of the co.
However the Executive Director should be a major capable of entering into the contract acording to the Contract Act.

05 February 2010 No age limit has been prescribed under the at. But to enter into an agreement with the company to act as a director he needs to be a major(by age).
