Res.sir i want to convert myself frm PCC to IPCC after giving pcc last attempt In Nov.2012... I hav completed all Types of Training & Articleship... What is the Whole Procedure Plz Tell.. shall i wait for 9 month and 15 month for inter & final Examination.

If you are in training for the last year then it is permitted after paying certain fee and you can save 6 months better you contact ICAI Branch or Regional Office
