After filling of itr for assessment year 2016-17 facing prob

15 March 2018 I have filled in online ITR for the assessment year 2016-17 but while submitting a message is reflecting you are filing after due date and ITR is not submitting. What is the reason kindly advise me so I can file ITR before 31/03/2018

15 March 2018 On the first page, where you are preparing return please select section 139(4) i.e. filing after due date. the error is showing because you have selected return type as filing within due date.
