Hai everybody! After completing articleship incl. Excess leave, If principal wilfuly refuses to sign 108 or wilfuly delays signing to cause inconvenience to student or refuses to relieve the student from service, what rights the student has over the principal? Can he go to the council? Will he get justice? Will the institute support the student or the member?

yes, definitely u can contact regional office of ICAI and put ur matter across to the ICAI. they will support you.

Its right that law hav been made for such purpose but i suggest you to dont go to disciplinary committee or council, they dont heard article..they always blame only article even you are right..
I think you hav to ask to your principle reason and settle privately with him..
