25 January 2011 Dear Sir,

I have around 8 year of experiance in accounts in a manufacturing concern . At present I am working in a listed company in Audit department and earning around 35000/- per month. Now I cleared my final exam . At this stage please suggest what is best for me i. .e practice or job.
Pls suggest me.

26 January 2011 Kindly go in for job as the growth avenues in job are much better .Also since you are earning a fixed income ,it will be difficult to survive as there is no regular income in practice.

If you have the mind set to take risk in life opt for practice.
Moreover you should have cash reserves to maintain your family for 3 to 4 years because practice will pick up only after 3 to 4 years.If you can get into partnership with existing firm you can very well practise.
The scope for earning in practice has no limits.
Kindly suggest me the books to study for final as I am yet to clear final.
