Co has given advance to Trust owned by co itself and that trust has purchased shares of that particular co only.
Is that is acceptable transaction or it violates any law?

As a start trust cannot be owned by the company. I think the company may have created the trust. Can you be specific as to who has created? who is the trustee and who are the beneficiaries?
