Advanced accounts by MC Shukla, TS Grewal and SC Gupta, published by S Chand and Co Ltd is a very good book. You can also buy solutions books along with this which will help you in working out exercise problems. The standards of theory and problems are good in this book and hence I strongly recommend this book.
