Advance tax for huf

28 February 2012 I just wanted to know if there is a minimum limit for the advance tax to be paid for HUF?

Recently someone told me that for HUF, the minimum advance tax to be paid is Rs. 10,000. I think this is not correct.

Request experts to kindly guide me.

29 February 2012 The limit of advance tax applicable for all assessee's is same. So the same limit will be applicable for Individual, HUF, Firm Co., etc
