Please tell me if a Company deposit out Advance tax rs. 300000 than eduction cess and Surcharges is mandatory

advance tax means including surcharge & edu.cess.if you deduct excess AT then No matter but if you deduct only Slab tax no sc or ed.cess then 23B,C applies.
