Our buyer is giving us advance payment. Our cs suggested that after getting the payment we can send the documents directly. I sent an email to our bank for confirming it but the bank has not responded.

As per the RBI regulation released on 1-7-2009, in case of 100% advance remittance, the document in respect of such goods can be sent directly by the exporter to the consignee. Please see the Reserve Bank’s master circular dated 1-7-2009.
However, if you are recognized as Status Holder, you may directly send the documents to the buyer both in case of advance payment or otherwise.
