As per advance license our EO was 50000 But we have completed Export Obligation As per qty but value is remain Can we export the material more then 50000 kgs. for fulfilling our export obligation in terms of value Any problom?

16 January 2012 yes, you must:-

Request for extension in EOP may be made in ANF 4E. RA shall grant one extension for six months from expiry date with payment of composition fee of 2% of duty saved on all unutilized imported items as per Authorisation.

18 January 2012 Sir actually our EO period is remain we have taken license in 2010.our question is can we export the material above 50000 kgs for filling the EO as per value terms.
