Sir, If SION Norms not available shall we import by net to net basis ? Will DGFT committee approve the advance license which was given by RA? Please explain

noted that as soon as the Licence issued by RJDGFT the ADL COMMITTEE APPROVED THE SION BEFORE APPROVED EXPORTER FOLLOW THE INTERVIEW IN DGFT THEN AFTER EXPLAINATION AND CLARIFICATION AND EXPORT PRODUCTS FOLLOW CHARTS ALC APPROVED THE SION AND INTIMATE TO CONCERNED COMPANY.
