we have advance license for procured duty free inputs for exports of cell phone A. but the cell phone model been changed by the customer, hence they asked to export of Cell phone B.input material are same only.
1.Is there is any option to export of cell phone B without surrender existing license.
2.what are the solution are available.

NO OPTION.
in this case surrender the licence & avoid the penalty as per FTDR .
