28 March 2014 I want to know about Advance Licence for duty free import, so please let me know about procedure and fees for Advance Licence from DGFT

04 April 2014 AS SOON AS EXPORT ORDER RECEIVED AFTER INQUIRY AND ACCEPTING THE ORDER AFTER THE EXECUTION CONTRACT.

EXPORTER APPLY FOR LICENCE THIS LICENCE IS ISSUED THIS LICENCE IS EXEMPT FROM CUSTOM DUTY .

Advance Authorization can be issued either to a manufacturer exporter or merchant
exporter tied to supporting manufacturer(s) for:

i) Physical exports (including exports to SEZ); and / or
ii) Intermediate supplies; and /or
iii) supply of ‘stores’ on board of foreign going vessel / aircraft subject to condition
that there is specific SION in respect of item(s) supplied.

FEE:

Two per Thousand or part thereof
subject to a minimum of Rs.Two
hundred and maximum of Rs. One
lakh. However, for applications filed
electronically, the fee would be
Rs.1/1000 or part thereof subject to
a minimum of Rs. Two hundred and
maximum of rupees Rs. fifty
thousand.

Fee can be submit through EFT mode
