HOW TO OBTAIN AN ADVANCE LICENCE?
WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THIS?
CAN IT BE USED IF ONE IMPORTS A PRODUCT AND THEN SELLS IT TO AN 100% EOU AND NOT EXPORT IT.

DEAR SIR,
ADVANCE LICENCE SCHEME IS AVAILED BY EXPORTER
FIRSTLY: - IEC CODE MANDATORY,
EEFC ACCOUNT OPEN MANDATORY,
FILE FOR DIGITAL KEY
Sr. No. Of standard input output norms,
ALC / ZALC file number (if Adhoc norms fixed),
Copy of export order,
Total fob value of exports
Total cif value of imports along with total basic duty for which exemption is asked for, rate of basic duty, and proposed country of imports,,
Port registration for the purposes of imports,
Process of manufacturing and flow chart,
Technical characteristics, quality and total of resultant product to be supplied.
Detail of item sought for import giving technical characteristics , itc hc code , quantity, required per unit, of resultant product purpose for requirement , wastage, (recoverable and irrevocable)
Details of otherr material to be used in resultant products and sought to be procured from source other than the authorisation.
Detail of authorisation obtained earlier.
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT CERRTIFICATE,
Chartered engineer certificate,
Digital signature and application fee vide electronic fund transfer,
Statistical, information / general document
SELF CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF IEC , RCMC,
Name & address of manufacturer / supporting / co-manufacturer (certificate)
Detail of outstanding export obligation against duty free license issued
UNIT REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE,

Name and Residential address of director / partner, board of resolution for signing the application.
