Photocopy of IEC & VALID RCMC duly self attested
Photocopy of SSI/IEM/INDUSTRIAL LICENCE – if available
In case of merchant exporter, copy of SSI/IEM/INDUSTRIAL LICENCE from Supporting Manufacturer duly self attested (IF APPLICABLE)
Digitally Key for Submit the application through digital Mode
Application Fee E.F.T. (Electronic Found Transfer) towards application fee @ 1/- per 1000/- of cif value
Port of Registration –for import purpose?
Address of the jurisdictional Central Excise Authority under whose jurisdiction the factory/premises falls
Photocopy of Per-forma invoice of import items duly self attested
Address of the factory/premises where the items to be imported are proposed to be used
C.A. certificate reg. export performance (Appendix -26) in case of para 4.7 ( For norms not specified)
Supporting Manufacture detail i.e. Name Address etc.
