Dear Sadik,
Noted that after / at the time of issuance the ADVANCE LICENCE a request send in DGFT HQRS regarding the ALC COMMITEE
example

Phthalocyanine Blue Beta (Rosinated)
quantity 1 kg.
(b) import qty

Copper :0.915 kg.
phthalocyanine Blue crude: 0.076 kg.
Rosin B.S.: 0.120 kg.
Ortho Xylene:0120 kg.
explanation

you will be admissible for import item (b) if you wish to export the item(a)and if you will be mandatory import if you export the item(a)
on the other hand SION issued by Ministry of commerce @ publish the policy & amended done by ministry from time to time.
