Adt1 dsc where to affix?

after submitting adt1, its asking to affix dsc in pending for dsc upload srn status.
but if i click on edit (in the adt1) dsc does not open (instead greyed dsc.box text appears)
how to affix dsc to adt1 and pay fees?
