ADT 3 filing in Case of COP Surrender

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
If you've surrendered your Certificate of Practice (COP) and are unable to file Form ADT-3, you're facing a common issue. The system prevents filing ADT-3 once your COP is surrendered, and you cannot use another CA's DSC. Your only recourse is to contact the MCA for resolution. Alternatively, the company can file Form ADT-1 to fill the casual vacancy created by your resignation.

How to file ADT 3 now? Can I get it filled with other Practising CA ? what is the solution?
