14 September 2017 Financial statements should be adopted in AGM but can AGM be conducted without adoption of financial statement ? i.e. adoption of account is compulsary agenda item for AGM ?

18 September 2017 Yes. All other resolutions need to be passed and the meeting need to be adjourned to a later date for discussing the final accounts of the company

18 September 2017 It is mandatory that financial statement need to be adopted by the shareholders at AGM.
