Dear Experts
1) can minor has been introduced in a partnership firm.
2)Suppose in a firm originally if there are only two partners and after admission of minor as a partner, any one partner retired or die(no minor) can that firm will exist or will it become dissolveear

A minor can not be a partner of a firm but he/she can be admitted to the benefit of partnership. If a firm has two partner including minor, the firm has to be dissolved
