How to admit a new partner into a partnersh? Is it making of sheet of amendment? again is the said sheet is to be registered under notary again? & if the deed is already registered under partnership act then is the same process is again to be followed or not? what will be the amount of stamp duty to amend in west bengal

1,admit the new partner thr deed of admission which also an amendment. Mention about the original deed while drafting. Also mention it is registered and date thereof
2.getting notary is not necessary but you can to make it look more authdentic and part of the original deed
3.once registered it is complete. Amendments forms part of the original deed
4.if your original deed is for rs 150/ then subsequent deeds thereof will form part of the original and the value gets added.so you can do the amendments on any value from rs. 10 onwards
