i have purchased a plant & Machine. On Plant & Machinery excise duty apply 5 Lac.
If i did not availed duty in next two years.Because of exemption.can i avail total duty in Third Year. ( if i have a Manufacture Unit of Packing Material)

Yes, you can avail the cenvat credit on capital goods in third year.
