08 January 2016 AGM adjourned for want of audited accounts. With in how many days adjourned AGM to be convened. What is the permitted maximum gap between AGM and adjourned AGM as per Companies Act,2013.

As per companies act, 2013 a meeting if adjurned take place the next week, same time and same place and if that day is a public holiday the following day.

maximum gap is not prescribed in act.
But it is 1 week.

08 January 2016 But seems it can be further adjourned so however that the gap between the previously concluded AGM and the adjourned AGM shall not exceed 15 months. Please correct me if I am wrong.
