what will be address proof of shop in haryana shop and establishment act if shop is owned by the proprietor and electricity bill is on the name of proprietor in stead of sho

means electricity bill on the name of proprietor can be uploaded as proof of address of shop.

in my case name of the shop is " ABC & co." and name of the proprietor is "ABC"

and bill is on the name of "ABC"

28 April 2016 Yes Proprietor is a owner of shop so why any dept. wantd to take electricity bill on name of shop. It has to be acceptable.
