Hi,
We are the manufacturer-exporter. We have 2 different plants in the same Range/Div. of excise. Second plant is under construction. We received Excise Registration Certificate, SSI Cert.RCMC etc.for new plant and new plant address is also incorporated in our IEC.
Our current import shipment's documents (invoice, BL etc.)is on the address of old plant, but we want to clear these shipments under new plant adress.
Can we do this & how?

you must mentioned the new plant details on the INVOICE, PACKING LIST, & another transcations of New Plant address.
also intimate to custom house agent for mention the new plannt address Althouth if your regisrered No IN IEC IS old factory address ack your agent to amend it from DGFT(IF)
