30 July 2019 How a individual can change address in pan card? Which supporting documents required?

30 July 2019 1. Pan correction application form has to be submitted.

2.Supporting documents.Any one of the following
(i) Copy of
a. Aadhaar Card issued by the Unique
Identification Authority of India; or
b. Elector’s photo identity card; or
c. Driving License; or
d. Passport; or
e. Passport of the spouse; or
f. Post office passbook having address
of the applicant; or
g. Latest property tax assessment
order; or
h. Domicile certificate issued by the
Government; or
i. Allotment letter of accommodation
issued by Central or State
Government of not more than three
years old; or
j. Property Registration Document.

3. Govt. fee has to be paid.

PS:- Presumed the applicant is 'INDIVIDUAL'.

30 July 2019 Yes, if it contains full address like door no, building name, name of road, pin code,
district, state etc in one place preferably in the preamble of the sale deed.
