When we change the name & address of registered co., do we get address change certificate separately ?

Change in name is carried out with completing the legal and proedural requirements with the concerned ROC and the change in name completes with the issue of a fresh certificate of incorporation or amendment in the old one.
However, in case of change in Regd Office of the co, we just file form 18 and get the receipt as aknowedgement as a proof thereof. Basically, the address is changed by the Board of Directors in the meeting of the Board. It is only the Registration of change in address, which is done by filing Form 18 with the ROC the form no 18.
