we have used additional excise duty to paid EDU cess & SHED Cess in sept 2012 , excise office ask to pay duty for same
in view of that what suggestion you expert give me

You cannot utilize additional excise duty credit for the payment of Education Cess and SHED Cess. You must have to pay through PLA if you don't have enough credit in heads of Education Cess and SHED Cess.

but in one Court matter in gujrat a party win case matter regarding same subject & department as of day Not gone in to appeal .
