05 January 2018 Board of Directors appointed one director as an additional director as on 30-05-2014. In the next AGM means as on 30-09-2014. If company wants that director than have to be regularised by filing Form - DIR-12 for change in designation. If Company fails to do the same and now that director (additional director) is not required, then any remedy available with the company without any additional levy of fees ??

06 January 2018 An additional director is always appointed till the date of next AGM. If his appointment is not regularized in the next AGM, then his appointment automatically becomes null and void after AGM. Thus if he is not required to be appointed as additional director then no action is required after AGM.
