16 May 2013 HELLO......i'm sheena sisodiya,a CA-FINAl STUDENT....AND ALSO PURSUING B.COM,THIS IS MY SECOND YEAR OF B.COM....AND I ALSO WANT TO PURSUE CS AND PLANNING TO GIVE CS-EXECUTIVE IN JUNE 2014 SO MAY I PURSUE CS ALONG WITH CA AND B.COM...
PLEASE GIVE ME SUGGESTIONS AS PER THE REGULATIONS OF ICAI

16 May 2013 It is not permitted to pursue two courses along with ca articleship..

you can pursue one additional course along with icai after intimating the same to icai wide form112

even recently icai warns regarding this

IF IN CASE SOMEONE IS PURSUING TWO COURSES WITH CA ARTICLE-SHIP (WHO IS NOT AWARE OF THE ICAI WARNING) AND IF HE CAUGHT BY ICAI THEN WHAT WILL BE THE ACTION BY ICAI.....

BUT IT IS NOT FAIR TO BREACH ICAI RULES

THIS MAY LEADS ICAI MAY EXTENDS STUDENT ARTICLESHIP PERIOD

AND

MAY SUSPEND MEMBER SHIP OF MEMBER

IT IS IN THE HANDS OF ICAI
