Mr A has made purchases during the year of Rs 609440 from Y Enterprise has made payment through crossed chqs and also during the time of assessment has submitted Confirmation of Creditor But ITO issued notice u/s 133(6)to Mr Y Enterprise and in the response to notice Mr Y prop of Y Enterprise said that they didnt had any transaction with Mr A on the basis of that ITO treated this purchase as bogus purchase and added to income. (ITO issued notice to Mr Y Enterprise of similar name not to Mr Y entrprise our party) Kindly Suggest.
