addition on account of cash sales

05 December 2009 Whether ITO can add back the Cash Sales, when an assessee is not in position to give the name and addresses of all the buyers,, even though the entire sales has already been declared in the Profit and Loss a/c

06 December 2009 The ITO cannot add back cash sales because whole cash has been already taken into account as income.

It is neither cash credit u/s 68, not unexplained investment u/s 69, unexplained money u/s 69A, Amount of investments not fully disclosed u/s 69B nor unexplained expenditure etc. u/s 69C.
