22 October 2017 i HAVE A EXISTING GST REGISTRATION.I WANT ONE OF MY OTHER FIRM TO ENROLL FOR THE SAME.HOW ??
CAN I HAVE TWO COMPANIES WITH SAME GST NO ??

22 October 2017 Yes you have to add it in Additional places on gst website in ammendment for non core fields.......

23 October 2017 If you second company is in same state - Add it as "Additional Place of Business"
If in different state- Apply for separate registration, based on same PAN.
