We M/s Rajnandini Foods Pvt Ltd having factory at nipani karnataka, depot at kolhapur Maharashtra , now management has decided to open additional depot at in kolhapur dist. Maharashtra in additional to earlier one....... and also one godown at kolhapur .................... can we do so........
what are the various formalities under sales tax............ w
1. whether we have to take separate sales tax no.
2. whether we have to file separate return
3. kindly give me performa letter of intimation to sales tax department of karnataka and maharashtra

You need not have to take separate registration. You need to add all the additional place business in the existing registration by paying some nominal amount (check with dept).
