i am service provider i have service tax no. some time i import services so i have to pay service tax on that
1) should i need to register as a service receiver if yes
then please tell the process
and documents required ?

Ashutosh,
You need to apply for amendment in ST-2 online by applying as service receiver.
For that apply online, and submit the acknowledgment and amended ST-1 along with the old ST-1.
All the document should be signed with stamp
