02 November 2024 You can update multiple AD (Authorized Dealer) codes on the ICEGATE portal, no specific limit.
But for the update of AD (Anti-Dumping) codes on the ICEGATE portal, maximum 5 AD codes can be updated per Bill of Entry (BoE).

02 November 2024 Thank you sir,
But for our Customs authorities didn't allow the multiple AD code (Authorized Dealer) registration in Icegate portal because of DBK,RODTEP,IGST refund issues. if there is any specific provision/notification/judiciary is there in Customs act please provide it will great helpful to us.
or to get any special permission from customs authorities ?

02 November 2024 The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) issued Advisory No. 10/2022 dated June 14, 2022.According to this advisory, the requirement for multiple AD codes associated with different ports has been done away with. Now, an AD code registered at one port can be used across all customs ports in India. This change was made to facilitate trade and simplify the process for exporters.
